The GPSM.ua online store is constantly working to make the purchase procedure convenient for all customers. Delivery of orders is possible to any locality in Ukraine, and the buyer himself can choose the best option, giving preference to "Nova Poshta", "UkrPochta", "Meest Express". You can also order courier delivery.

In most cases, we send goods to cities by "Nova Poshta". If you have to deliver the order to small settlements, we can send "UkrPochta". Delivery is carried out both in Ukraine and to all countries of the world, excluding Russia.

How can I pay for the order:

  1. Cash on delivery: you can pay for the order upon receipt at "Nova Poshta". Please note that you will have to pay a commission to the seller for transferring money to Nova Poshta. However, by choosing cash on delivery, you can independently check the quality of the goods before making a payment.
  2. Online payment on the site: 100% of the amount can be paid on the site when placing an order through the LiqPay payment system.
  3. Payment by requisites (with VAT / excluding VAT): We send an invoice and you pay according to the requisites.
  4. Cash payment: the method is available when picking up the goods at the address: Kiev, Academician Korolev Avenue, 13b, 2nd floor, office 7.

Delivery terms:

  • "Nova Poshta" order is delivered within 1-2 days.
  • If you place an order on a weekday before 17:00, and on a weekend before 14:00, we ship the goods on the same day. If the order was placed later than this time, it will be shipped the next day.

Confirmation of an order:

  1. The store manager calls you back to confirm the order.
  2. The manager clarifies all the data required to send the order.
  3. After sending the order, a message with the invoice number is sent to the buyer's mobile number, which allows you to track the movement of the parcel online.
  4. As soon as the goods arrive at the department, the buyer will receive a notification.
  5. To receive the parcel, you need a document confirming the identity of the recipient. It can be a passport, a foreign passport, a driver's license.

Attention!

  • We do not ship orders without prior confirmation from the manager. Final ordering is possible only after a telephone conversation with a store employee.
  • "Nova Poshta" stores the parcel for no more than 5 days from the date of receipt. If you do not pick up the item, it is sent back to the store.
  • Each product undergoes pre-sale diagnostics at the service center before shipment. All parcels are fully insured. Upon receipt, the parcel can be checked for defects and compliance with the order. We strongly recommend that you check the item before making a payment.
  • Our store is not responsible for the quality of the postal service. If the goods were damaged during transportation, we recommend that you resolve this issue with the shipping company. If the parcel was received opened, the claim on this problem will be accepted only at the office / at the branch of "Nova Poshta".
