OBD adapter V06H WIFI

The V06H adapter scanner is used to diagnose vehicles with a typical OBD-2 diagnostic connector with 16 pins. Connected to the device via Wi-Fi. The scanner is compatible with almost any vehicle produced in 2000 or later.

Connecting the adapter

Connecting the adapter on a device with working WiFi is not difficult.

Using Car Scanner for IOS as an example, the process looks like this:

1. After downloading the utility, you need to find the adapter in the wireless network settings (designated as WIFI_OBDII) and connect to it without a password.
   
2. Then open the Car Scanner program, go to the settings and select in the "Connection" tab: connection type - WiFi, profile - the name of the car and the required protocol.
3. Then, on the main page of the application, you need to click on "Connect".

After changing the status "ELM Connection and ECU Connection" to "Connected", the user will have access to error codes, vehicle engine specifications and other important diagnostic information.
