Shelf 100-1

Shelf 100-1 is a fuel dispenser for dispensing and accounting for the volume of light oil products (gasoline, diesel). The permissible viscosity of the fuel distributed by the device varies within the range of 0.55-40 mm2 / s cSt. The Shelf 100-1 fuel dispenser combines reliable hydraulic and electronic equipment of its own production. This dispenser is designed for one type of fuel and is equipped with only one sleeve. At the request of the customer, the device is equipped with channels of various capacities from 50 l/min to 90 l/min.

The principle of operation is simple: after removing the pistol, the position sensor sends a signal to the ECU. This mechanism, after the operator's command, activates the pump electric motor, with the help of which the fuel is supplied. The dispensed fuel is counted using a 4-piston volume meter combined with an impulse sensor. It transmits impulses to the EBC, which determines the amount of fuel consumed.

It is noteworthy that the pump begins to pump fuel only after the separation of gas and air impurities through the separator. The dispensing gun is equipped with a lever by means of which the feed rate is varied (from 0 to maximum). When the gun is returned to its original position, the built-in sensor contact automatically turns off the pump motor. Thanks to the possibility of electronic calibration, the error in fuel delivery does not exceed 0.25%.
