Shelf 100-2 - two-product two-hose dispenser, with the possibility of independent dispensing of product from both hoses. The dispenser is equipped with Shelf hydraulic and electronic equipment. Efficiency and reliability predetermined the popularity of the equipment among the owners of commercial or in-house gas stations.
Installation diagram
The design of the fuel dispenser is as simple as possible, convenient and durable. The lower unit has built-in hydraulic and electrical systems of our own production. In the upper part, an electronic unit and an information board are installed.
For cleaning from impurities, a filter in the form of a bronze mesh is provided. The pressure is regulated by a pressure reducing valve. In order to increase the safety of the equipment operation, a gas separator and a shut-off valve are installed.
Connection diagram
The dispensed fuel is counted using a 4-piston volume meter combined with an impulse sensor. It transmits impulses to an electronic counting unit (EBC), which determines the volume of fuel dispensed. A lever is mounted on the dispensing pistol, by means of which the fuel feed rate is varied. When the gun is returned to its original position, the built-in sensor contact automatically turns off the pump motor.
