Shelf CNG-1

This type of fuel dispensers is intended for refueling vehicles of any kind, the energy source of which is methane. 

Since compressed gas has rather strong explosive properties, the CNG-1 Shelf is equipped with a set of protective mechanisms that block the gas supply in case of damage.

The columns of the Shelf CNG line are equipped with Coriolis flow meters - this is a device for measuring the mass fuel consumption (in our case) with the highest accuracy.

The use of mass meters of this type provides a number of other advantages:

1. resistance to pipeline vibrations;
   
2. the flowmeter mechanism is free from moving parts, which increases its service life and simplifies maintenance;
3. the measurement accuracy is not affected by either the gas pressure or its temperature.

Benefits of Shelf CNG-1

• Strength. The casing of the methane dispenser is made of high strength steel, which has the ability to resist any physical, chemical or atmospheric attack. Due to a set of such properties, it can work for a long time without additional maintenance and adjustment.
• Security of electronics. It is almost impossible to get inside the case without a special key that opens access. The security system, which has several levels of interlocks, allows you to reliably hide the internal parts and the controller from those who may wish to change the settings and knock off the calibration in their favor. Only those personnel authorized by the owner of the dispenser have access to the parts.
  
• Modular structure. This makes it easier to repair in the event of an unexpected failure and reduces overall equipment downtime.
• High measurement accuracy due to the use of a karyolis mass meter.

In order to ensure a quick restoration of operability, it is recommended to have a stock of running modules, for the replacement of which specific skills are not required. The same controller, which is responsible for the operation of the entire system, is connected by a set of electrical loops that can be switched to a new unit according to the scheme in just a few minutes.
