Exchange of goods and refund

In our online store, exchanges and refunds are carried out in case of purchasing an unsuitable product. We work in strict accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", Art. 9. It guarantees the right of the buyer to return and exchange goods within 14 days after purchase.

If you intend to return an item at a store, please make sure:

1. The product retained its new appearance, it was not used.
2. The box has retained its integrity, and the package contents have been preserved.
3. Preserved markings, labels, tags.
4. There is a guarantee, check, invoice from the postal company.
5. The product is not included in the category of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any non-food item can be returned with a specified reason. It is also possible to exchange a product that has factory defects, but only if it has not been in use and has its original presentation. But in this case, you must provide all documents confirming the purchase.

When can I get my money back

The terms are spelled out in Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". The money must be returned within 7 days from the date of the return of the goods to the warehouse.

Detailed instructions for exchange and return:

1. Specify the date of purchase by check.
2. Contact our online store by phone and get advice on a matter of interest.
3. Send the goods fully loaded. Then it will be transferred to our service center for examination.
4. You will be consulted by phone about the decision taken on the return and exchange.
5. We are engaged in a direct solution to the problem.
6. If you have chosen an exchange, after sending the goods, we will inform you of the "New mail" declaration number. Later, you will receive a notification of the arrival of the parcel.
7. We return the money to the specified details within 7 days.

Attention!

The seller is not responsible for the quality of the post office or courier service, as well as for damage to the goods during the delivery process. All parcels sent through Novaya Pochta are insured.

Upon receipt, each buyer is obliged to check the package at the department. After opening the parcel, claims are accepted at the office of the carrier company.
