Shelf 100-2VK is a dispenser for dispensing light oil products, capable of operating at various types of gas stations. The product provides the user with the maximum level of comfort, reliability, and fuel distribution accuracy. This fuel dispenser is a two-way fuel dispenser equipped with two dispensing hoses. The distribution of petroleum products is carried out independently, via a separate pipeline. The maximum performance of the dispenser reaches 50 l / min in the basic configuration, and 90 l / min when the high-speed channel is connected. Thanks to the possibility of electronic calibration, the error in fuel delivery does not exceed 0.5%.

Depending on the purpose, the package includes centrifugal pumps with a shut-off valve, filter and gas separator, 3-phase electric motors, 4-piston volume clamps. If necessary, Shelf 100-2VK can be equipped with external pumps or an additional satellite rack.

The hose part includes 2 dispensing lines connected to an automatic or manual dispensing system. The main component of the electronic part is an electronic counting unit (ESB), which records data from the pulses received from the sensors. Also included is a control unit that transmits commands to the main units (pumps, valves, blockers, etc.).

A sturdy frame made of steel has been chosen as a supporting element. The fuel dispenser body consists of side doors equipped with a locking mechanism and vertical posts. Copper or aluminum piping is used to connect the monoblock and the volume meter. The main elements of electrical equipment are supplied to the distribution column by means of cables. Electricity is supplied by means of a separate switch located in the power cabinet.
