Shelf 200-1

The Shelf 200-1 fuel dispenser is intended for refueling vehicles with various types of fuel with viscosity indices in the range of 0.55-40 mm2 / s. The dosing system of the complex determines the dispensed volume of gasoline, kerosene or diesel fuel with high accuracy and calculates its cost at a given price. The equipment is designed for operation in areas with moderate climatic conditions.

Functionality and main characteristics of the Shelf 200-1

The described complex provides delivery of fuel to both sides through dispensing hoses with “pistol” type valves. The proposed column is produced in the form of a monoblock, in which the following elements are installed:

• Electric pump.
  
• Fuel volume meter.
• Electronic counting unit.
• Liquid crystal monochrome displays - 2 pieces (on both sides).
• Position and pulse sensors.
• Electromagnetic shut-off valves.
• Dispensing hoses with automatic taps.

Location of functional blocks

The column model "Shelf 200-1" is distinguished by high accuracy, the margin of error does not exceed 0.5% of the minimum fuel dose. For large volumes of pumped fuel, this figure is halved. The complex can be operated at temperatures from -40 to +55 ° C and relative humidity up to 100%. The highest reliability of the equipment is noted, the MTBF is at least 7000 hours. The service life exceeds 12 years.

Excellent functionality of the equipment is ensured through the use of modern electronics, which is based on the processor unit of the well-known Atmel company. The use of special hardware and software tools eliminates the possibility of data loss in the event of a sudden power failure. The communication interface allows you to work with the central computer of the gas station and electronic registrars of cash transactions.
