Tachographs and related legal features are one of the determining factors in the niche of satellite monitoring. Since European laws on the work of crews on international transport routes change periodically, our team always monitors them and adapts the system in time.
Based on the updated requirements of the European Agreement AETR, the function of remote data download directly from tachographs and tracking the types of driver activity from the beginning to the end of the voyage was added. The development is applied in two modules Tacho Manager and Tacho View.
Tacho Manager specifications
In the Tacho Manager program, the driver can upload DDD files to the server system for storage. Manual and automatic downloads are available. The module itself is available for download in the Apps menu.
With the help of the module, new driver files are registered, crew members' cards are viewed with detailed information.
Tacho View Functions
The Tacho View module operates by a unique algorithm that calculates the work depending on the laws of the region. It is very convenient to control the work of such a tachograph.
The application analyzes the information coming from the tachograph in the following positions: driving, work, reserve, rest. Quickly find the right period of activity of the driver will help visual timeline.
Three types of reporting are available that simplify the monitoring of crew activities:
- “Driver activity”. Information is provided in the form of a table. Clicking on any of the dates, you can see detailed information about the activity for this interval.
- “Activity Schedule”. In this type of report, the timeline is divided by day, and the intervals and type of activity of the driver are indicated in a certain color.
- “Violations of the regime”. This reporting is issued in the form of a table with the time and date of the violation, its type, description, and severity level.
The analyzed information for each crew is easy to print or upload to Excel.
Checking the information collected by the tachometer allows you to monitor the use of the car during the whole trip, drivers' compliance with the rules of labor and safety.
