Cyclone X-1000 is a reliable car security system with rich functionality and an option to automatically turn on the engine. For remote control, the set includes 2 key fobs - two-sided with an LCD screen and vibration mode and one-sided with simplified functionality. The principle of operation is based on dynamic code, protected from signal interception and scanning. The code of the signal received by the control unit changes each time the key fob key is pressed. Therefore, even if attackers are able to intercept the signal, it cannot be triggered again. The system has two-way communication. The control range is 700 m, the signal reception is 1.5 km. There is no possibility of connecting a CAN module.

System functionality

System functions can be divided into two groups - typical and additional programmable.

Standard features:

• Remote start of the engine.
  
• Security mode when the engine is running.
• The ability to silently arm or disarm the car. It is also possible to implement security without using a key fob.
• Opening with a key fob not only the central locking of the car, but also the trunk.
• Closing windows when arming the car in security mode.
• Two-stage opening of the door locks when the alarm is turned off.
• Collection of temperature data by means of sensors. In this case, the indicators under the hood and inside the cabin are measured separately. Interior temperature data can also be obtained remotely.
• The alarm is triggered when the car is in security mode when the power is connected and disconnected. It is possible to disable a triggered alarm remotely without disarming the vehicle. A key fob is used for this purpose.
  
• Indication of the reason for the alarm on 9 security zones.
• Special night mode that allows you to turn off the siren when armed.
• The ability to remotely check the status of the system.
• Bypassing the faulty area when setting the security mode with data transmission to the key fob with a display.
• The autonomy of the system state memory.
  
• Remote control of the car in the "Panic" mode.
• Electronic clock, the ability to use a timer and alarm.

When the system is triggered, the user receives 2 signals - sound (siren) and visual (illuminated indicator lamp). You can search for a vehicle in the parking lot by holding down the desired key on the key fob.

Programmable functions:

• Disarming the car using a personal code.
  
• Setting the response time of door locks and engine autostart.
• Antihijack mode, preventing attempts to steal a car. 30 seconds after the activation of the mode, the siren will start giving short signals. After 60 - the alarm mode (siren) will turn on, the doors will be locked, the engine will be locked. The engine is blocked in the first 30 seconds impulsively, then continuously.
• Automatic return of the system to the security mode.
• Delayed activation of the device by alarm.
  
• Passive arming. In this case, you can select the state with locked or unlocked doors.
• Emergency shutdown of the alarm with a service button or a special code.
• The option to quickly return the settings to the factory settings.
• Selection of the duration of the security mode with a functioning engine and the duration of the engine operation with a remote start.
• Setting the range of temperature indicators when controlling engine autostart.
• Additional low-current outputs for various tasks (for example, remote trunk opening and two-factor door unlocking).

Equipment

Since the system has a much wider functionality and a greater number of settings than simple modules for remote opening of a car, it also has much more components. The box contains:

• electronic control unit;
  
• signal receiving and transmitting module;
• two keys - double-sided with a screen and a simple one-sided;
• service button for emergency shutdown;
• indicator light;
• limit switch;
• shock sensor with two levels;
• temperature sensor;
• set of fused cables.

Also included are instructions for connecting and using. It contains detailed algorithms for setting various functions.

Although the system comes with 2 key fobs, information about more of these devices (up to 4) can be entered into the electronic unit. If the user has lost the key fob, he can erase the data about it from the system, and then register a new one.

The manufacturer recommends using a key fob with a simplified set of functions exclusively for controlling the security mode. As the main tool, you should use a double-sided one with a screen.
