BL CONNECT

Requirements for transport monitoring systems are increasing every year. Effective control over the operation of sensors, auxiliary trailed equipment wirelessly is carried out using the BLE identifier of the Bitrek Connect system. Technically, it consists of a radio module and a contactless tag with a separate power source, which is convenient for trailers.

The device is used in various industries, especially in the agricultural sector: tractors, tractors, combines. The module is installed on the equipment itself, the BLE tag is placed on the trailer. Every 5 seconds, the tag transmits a unique signal to the radio module, which translates it to the CONNECT-BUS.

Interesting features of the model

Depending on the type of equipment, the device transmits data via RS485 and CAN interfaces. This model provides identification of trailed implements. The device has the following functionality:

• It can serve up to 8 tags at the same time.
  
• Has a housing with the possibility of outdoor installation.
• The system allows you to connect various sensors via WiFi, RS-232, RS-485, CAN interfaces, it can be easily upgraded.
• Has its own software, open SOVA protocol.
• All labels are configurable: for a specific group or an arbitrary number.

This device can be used to control unloading in harvesters according to the "friend or foe" system.

The BL CONNECT module is a unique equipment capable of identifying trailers using wireless tags, monitoring the grain level in the combine, and unloading it. Upgrading the system with additional modules is possible at any time thanks to the open protocol.
