BI 810/820 CONNECT is a device that performs the functions of continuous and constant monitoring of the state of an object, its location in space, as well as collection and storage of data for subsequent processing and analysis. In addition, the device transmits data transmitted from other modules of the BITREK CONNECT system connected to the device, and also allows you to connect a huge number of additional sensors.
Interesting features of the model
The module can be installed on any type of ground transport, but the predominant use of BI 810/820 CONNECT is noted at agricultural, construction equipment and passenger vehicles.
The device is capable of performing many different operations, namely:
- online monitoring of traffic;
- control of consumption, receipt and current level of fuel;
- monitoring of speed characteristics;
- tracking the dynamics of engine speed and temperature characteristics;
- collection of data on the operation of the RFID driver identification system;
- monitoring of the sensor of opening the cargo compartment;
- receiving data on triggering the panic button;
- reading the coordinates of the precise positioning antenna AG-Dream Mini;
- remote blocking of the vehicle engine;
- integration with tachographs;
- online monitoring of the operation of various mechanisms.
The BI 810/820 CONNECT includes a universal level controller for bulk materials, which allows the module to be used for monitoring during the harvesting and harvested grain harvest, as well as when transporting building materials (sand, gravel). When connected to agricultural machinery, the module reads data from sensors for the level of filling and unloading of bunkers, identification and subsequent connection of trailed equipment.

Status monitoring and transmission of the received data is carried out online through a satellite tracking system via GPRS channels within the GPS / GLONASS navigation system. In case of loss or absence of a network signal, the information received by the device is stored in a non-volatile memory of 2 MB, which is equivalent to 65,000 records. Information can be retained in memory for several weeks. And when access to the cellular network is restored, the accumulated data is automatically transferred to the dispatch center.
The presence of a built-in battery enables BI 810/820 CONNECT to work without external power connection for up to 12 hours. The outer casing of the module has a degree of protection IP65 and consists of high-temperature plastic, which is additionally reinforced with fiberglass. Built-in antennas allow you to amplify and receive the signal from the cellular network in places where the signal is weakened.
The module supports FOTA technology, with which you can change configuration and firmware remotely. The software for working with BI 810/820 CONNECT has an intuitive interface and simple settings. Working interfaces for communication between devices are RS485 and RS232. 1-Wire is used as an auxiliary protocol.
